Sporadically will get the following error when attempting to save existing files.
The file exists and is in the same location as when previously saved. Single-user system.
I would entertain the possibility of a filesystem / drive corruption issue, but OnlyOffice is the only program that has raised this type of message for some time now. (Has occurred over last few OO versions).

Please turn on DevTools for the Desktop Editor: “/Applications/ONLYOFFICE.app/Contents/MacOS/ONLYOFFICE --ascdesktop-support-debug-info-keep=1”, then click with the right mouse button on the font size field. Send us the output when reproducing the issue.
Also, what is your MacOS system?
Followed your instructions, though it’s not quite clear what to do after the right-click on the font size field. It seems like the remediation is to run OO with the debug logs as described until the issue next manifests? (It is a sporadic issue. Has not yet reoccurred while running the debug).
Reviewing @zazara’s post, it does sound like the same issue to me as well. My search missed this post I guess due to the wording of the error being different in MacOS and Windows, but it does appear the same problem.
Indeed it seems to be the same problem, but cannot say anything definite for now. Have you captured anything related in MacOS’s event logs? (Console)
It would be helpful if you still captured the issue reproduction with the debug mode on
i have similar problem
files open, works, i savec them without any error, but whan i close and re open, i found original version and not updated version
Onlyoffice is the defaut app for extension xls and xlsx
only office version 8.3.2.19 (x64 exe)
windows 10 22H2 19045.5679
i am not so expert but shouldn’t it be a privilege app problem ?

We are checking the situation. The roots of the problem should be understood first, it seems to be a sporadic issue which is difficult to track/troubleshoot.
Could you please provide Windows event logs after the issue reproduction?
The Editor can be ran in debug mode, it would be very helpful if you enabled the mode and sent us the output of the console after the issue reproduction - Running in debug mode on Windows | ONLYOFFICE

it as in fact the rights of my folder documents
impossible to get them with read access, why i don’t know…
So i created another folder and copy the file, and all is now ok
