Problem with printing images

Hello, I have a problem. When printing a document .doc images are not printed. Only text is printed, and there is an empty space in place of the image. I searched for information on the Internet, but found nothing. Can you tell me how I can fix it?
OS version: windows 10 pro x64
App version: ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors 7.5.1.23 (x64 exe)

I haven’t encountered this issue before. I need the file to investigate.

I have a similar problem, all of my images are not printing. Here is my file, the bottle on page 1 does not print. I can send you the file. It won’t let me upload it.

Hi Today, I edited this word doc and when I printed it not all of the pictures printed. For example, the Nalgene Bottle on page 1 did not print. Here are my files.

  1. Should we test it on a .docx file?
  2. Does the PDF file also encounter printing issues?
  3. OS version
  4. ONLYOFFICE App version
  5. Printer model
  6. How are the printers connected, via USB or as a network device?
  7. If possible, confirm the print driver being used.

Please clarify version of Desktop Editors and provide us with a test file where we can reproduce the situation.
Additionally, please check if the issue persists in the ‘Print to PDF’ scenario.

Thank you for providing the information about your printer and the ONLYOFFICE version.

We recommend updating your printer firmware to the latest version (69.24.11) and testing the issue again after the update.

If the problem persists, could you please record a video showing the entire process from opening the document in our editor to sending it to the printer? Please include the print settings as well, so we can capture any additional details needed to reproduce the issue on our end.

Additionally, if you have other files where the issue occurs, please send them along as well. We weren’t able to reproduce the problem with the file you previously provided.
