It appears that your current firmware version (57.66.91) is a bit outdated. The latest available version is 57.75.21, released on 09/27/2024. I recommend updating your printerâs firmware to this version to ensure you have the latest fixes and improvements.

Print Settings Adjustment
In the Xerox print settings, under the section âÄernobĂlĂĄ Xeroxâ (Black and White Print), I recommend selecting Zapnuto (enabled), instead of Vypnuto (PouĹžĂt barvu dokumentu) (disabled, use documentâs color). This will force the document to print in black and white, which could help if the issue is related to color settings. -

Could you please confirm whether the issue occurs with all files containing images or only with this specific image? This will help us better understand the scope of the problem.
