Hi.
I am just getting familiar with Onlyoffice and coming from MS Office I would like to find out if there is a way how to change all “bullet” indentations within one document at once. For example, if I edit first “-” indent and then add another sub-bullet and then I want to go back to regular “-” bullet it goes back to pre-set indentation measures. Even if I select the entire text and change it, it still won’t reflect on the indentation in the entire document. I hope it makes sense…
Thank you in advance.
ONLYOFFICE Version: 7.4.0 (5.3.9)
OS: macOS Ventura 13.4
Hello @Martina3
Could you please record a video demonstration of this scenario for better visual understanding?
You can upload your recording to any cloud storage and share the link to it.
Hi @Constantine
Thank you for the reply.
I made a short video that will hopefully explain it better
This is how it acts: Filen Drive
This is what I would like it to act: Filen Drive
Could you please specify what editor did you use for the reference?
I am sorry, forgot to mention that. It was Microsoft Word
You can adjust the idents by navigating to Home tab > Multilevel List > List Settings.
The menu looks like this:
You can expand the settings by hitting >>
button next to ‘Number format’ field.
Here on the left you can see the levels, by clicking them you can adjust those to your liking.
Let me know if it is not what you are looking for.
