Word added a new page, but the page number in the footer is incorrect

I have a one-page word document with a footer set up. When I add a new page, the footer of the second page shows page 2 of 1, which is wrong。
But I added the page locally using Microsoft Office 2021, and the footer correctly displayed page 2 of 2

Please provide the original document with incorrect page numbering in the footer for the analysis (it would be helpful if you could also provide the initial document containing only one page)
