Put it simply. I cannot find a way to change the interval number of the vertical axis in a chart.
Example:
A series range goes like this: 0, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000.
But the chart decides that goes like this: 0, 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000.
I cannot find the way to change the interval like: 0, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500.
Or: 0, 1000, 2000, 3000 and so on.

May I ask to specify version of Desktop Editors you are using?
In general, can you specify which chart is used in your example? Can you provide screenshot for better visual understanding of the issue?
As you can see, the vertical Y axis goes by 2000 step. I cannot change, lets say, to go by 500 step or whatever.

Thank you for the information, now I see. Unfortunately, currently there is no way to change interval display number. The suggestion to implement this possibility was registered and your query is added to it.
