Spreadcheat slow loading and other issues

We posted a topic a few days ago, but for some reason it no longer appears, so we’re reposting it in the hope of getting some help.

We’re encountering some problems loading spreadcheat files, in particular loading that can take several minutes when several users are connected.

This problem occurred on both Windows and Linux versions of Workspace Community.

Just after a fresh installation, everything works perfectly, but as soon as several users log on, this issue of slowness starts to appear, and finally the file ends up being damaged - for example, some locked cells can no longer be unlocked to modify them.

For the Linux installation, we used the script from this guid

The hardware configuration is an I7 13th gen workstation with 32 GB ram.
Linux is installed on a VM with 8 core, 150 GB disk , 16G Ram and 8 Gb Swap
document server version 8.3.3-18
We don’t use proxy
