a page header icon in MS WORD display only one , but in onlyoffice in turns to double . what should i do to make them in same .

The double icon appears when opening the above-provided document with other Editors as well: the last version of WPS, MS Word 2010. Please clarify how you manage to add this icon (provide us the screen recording)
Also icon image cover up docuemnt NO. “SMP-EE-006/R05-00”in the header of document in word which will causing siginificately impact such as audit issue
