Single Icon in page header turns to double in Onlyoffice

a page header icon in MS WORD display only one , but in onlyoffice in turns to double . what should i do to make them in same .

Hello @pengpeng,
The double icon appears when opening the above-provided document with other Editors as well: the last version of WPS, MS Word 2010. Please clarify how you manage to add this icon (provide us the screen recording)
