The client owns two printer models: 5008ci and P-4539i MFP. In the search bar, enter one of these models, and you will find the different drivers available in the “Drivers” section.

My client just reported another issue with OnlyOffice. When editing DOCX documents and adding screenshots, some of them do not print during a direct print from OnlyOffice.
Tests performed:
Printing via Microsoft Word → Screenshots are printed correctly
Printing to PDF (from Adobe or OnlyOffice), then printing the PDF → Screenshots are printed correctly
The issue seems to be specific to direct printing from OnlyOffice on DOCX documents.
