OnlyOffice 'Dock' icon doesn't show correct version (also, unwanted character substitution in filenames -- 'forward' slash becomes a 'colon')

This could be the issue. Please try the following:

1. Remove Desktop Editors from the Applications (all, if there are several);
2. Remove Desktop Editors from Dock;
3. Remove previously downloaded installers from Downloads folder;
4. Download new installer;
5. Install Desktop Editors anew with recently downloaded installer;
6. Pin it in the Dock again.

After that, I recommend installing updates within the app itself, as I mentioned here:

You can also update from the app itself by clicking ONLYOFFICE in top left corner and then checking out updates or, alternatively, using ⌘+U.

Let me know if it resolves the issue with app name.
