Where could I find the .NET assembly to be able to use Document Builder via .NET wrapper as shown in the following example:
There was a similar question here, but no helpful information found.

Please note that Document Builder is a separate application from Desktop Editors.
The stand-alone version for the integration can be obtained from here:
