I would recommend you trying to use Content Controls for that. Since as i can see, this is the best solution for now.

You can put the File-B inside of the Content Control, by setting the link to it in URL parameter - ONLYOFFICE Api Documentation - InsertAndReplaceContentControls and ONLYOFFICE Api Documentation - Global type definitions
