Issues with Document Processing and Version Update Errors in ONLYOFFICE on Docker

I am experiencing issues with document processing on my ONLYOFFICE installation using Docker. After following the installation guide, I encountered errors related to document changes and version updates, specifically:

Update Version error
changesError: Error in the sdk-all.js file
Server Specifications:

CPU: 6 cores
RAM: 24 GB
Storage: 230 GB NVMe
Bandwidth: 250 Mb/s
OS: Ubuntu
Browser: Google Chrome (latest version)
These issues affect our ability to edit and save documents, which is critical for our operations. I would appreciate any insights or solutions from the community regarding these errors.

Thank you for your support!

Hello @a.golubev

Please specify which installation guide was used and also where exactly you see mentioned errors. It is completely new installation on clean server?

Hello, this is a completely new installation on a clean Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS server

Instructions at Установка серверной версии с помощью скрипта - ONLYOFFICE

Errors are visible via the docker logs -f onlyoffice-document-server command

We also noticed that data in some tables is indeed not saved.

Can you share more info from logs? This part even though provides some info, but not quite enough. You can also try removing container with Document Server and running the script with flag -u true to reinstall it, of course, if you are sure that problem comes from it.

After updating to 8.2.1.1 nodeJS errors - Error saveChanges: deleteIndex: ХХХ; startIndex: ХХХ; deleteCount: ХХХ no, apparently the update helped.

The problem with the calendar remains, when creating an event everything freezes for a long time.

Thanks for the feedback on the issue with Document Server. Since the issue with Document Server is now resolved, I will close this thread as solved.

I recommend waiting for the reaction on that topic.
