How to remove margin borders?! HELP!

I just spent 6 hours working on a document, just for these maring borders to show up,
and there is no way to remove them.
When I have a section break and create two new columns it also just goes haywire and makes new borders everywhere.

I searched every forum and every website and I have been problem-solving for at least 90 minutes now. Can somebody help me?
Also suddenly printscreen refuses to work on my computer, so I had to make a phone picture…

Can anyone help?

Same issue here. Thanks for posting. Windows 10, ONLYOFFICE editors desktop version 8.2.0.143.

Doing some testing…this problem does not happen for me when creating a new document from scratch and manually typing in information. However, it does occur after pasting text into a new document, saving and closing that document, and then reopening it. I don’t recall this happening with previous versions of ONLYOFFICE, I can’t find a way to remove the annoying border lines, and it’s clearly a bug that needs fixed.

For developers and those on the forum wishing to confirm or reproduce:

  1. Create a new ONLYOFFICE document.
  2. Paste text into that document. You will see NO borders, as it should be.
  3. Save and close the document.
  4. Reopen the document and see the horrible borders show up everywhere.

If anyone reading this knows why this is happening or how to fix it, please chime in.

I put a ticket in with support. Fingers crossed they 1) read it, and 2) fix it.

I copied and pasted text from their own site into a new document. No border lines showed up, as expected. Then I saved and closed the document, reopened it, and yep, there’s the borders. See image…

Good news. Found this. A fix is incoming within the next few weeks:

Hello @henrik, @Excited

Indeed, this issue was reported earlier, the resolution will be available in upcoming hotfix version.

Hello @henrik @Excited

New version 8.2.1 is now released. Desktop Editors will be available shortly.

I have had the same issue. Highlight the entire document and click “Normal” in the tiles section where you see Normal, No spacing, Heading 1 and Heading 2. Now click the “Normal” but you will need to configure your text as it will remove and properties such as numbering or bulletings.

I can conform the issue still occurs with the latest version

Hello @maziziz

Do you reproduce it by opening old files or by creating new document from scratch? I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue either way, but maybe you can share a step-by-step scenario on how to.
