Comments are not being ingested with reference to the text inside tables

Reproduce - Upload a file that has comments applied on cells which has content controls in the table, It does show the comments in the side panel but it doesn’t store the reference of the comments to that table cell. Normal comments do move to applied text but not with the table cells with the content controls. Please see the attachment which has these
