Please specify if you installed mail server as per instruction:
https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/installation/mail-install-docker.aspx

Also, please make sure that port 25 is opened and MX record is properly set up.

Everything is correct, the installation followed the instructions sent above. Through a script specifying the DNS name of the server.
The server has a DNS record - mx.mydomain.com
Mail domain - @mydomain.com

Port 25 is open on the server and is welcomed by dovecont
Dig outputs correct data

Did you face any warnings adding a domain name in the Settings > Mail Server > Add domain? Please double check and share screenshots. Also, please archive all logs of the portal and share them for analysis.
