I believe we have to start with a right guideline. We always recommend to use our official well-tested guide. For Windows servers: Installing ONLYOFFICE Docs for Windows on a local server - ONLYOFFICE
Moreover, as far as I understand, your guide uses v.7.3 which is outdated. The latest version is v.7.4.1

Please try to re-install Document server on clean separate server and stick with mentioned guide. Please let us know the result

Please reproduce the issue and make a screenshot of the error itself (entire browser page). After that please provide us with whole Document server logs folder. It’s located here: Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\log

Please provide us with detailed information about the error which you faced (screenshots) and whole Document server logs folder.

Do you check integrated example? Please compare JWT secret between these files, it should match on both sides:

I believe you have to create a separate topic and provide us with additional details there, because your case seems to be different from topicstarter case in this very thread. In the new topic please point us to the installation guide and describe the issue as detailed as possible. If the situation arose after some actions on the server side, please specify it.
So far it seems that something went wrong with DS database.
Also please provide us with entire logs folder.
