Workspace doesn't accept MFA code

Hi,

I’m facing a little problem here. I have turned on MFA setting and logging in and out without issue for past 2 days. Today I turned on the LDAP, then my master Administrator account doesn’t accept the MFA code (email address is one of the LDAP objects). Trying to login via LDAP or local both doesn’t work.

Is there any way I can bypass the MFA? Or turn off the MFA setting via configuration file?
