Working on one file in real time

I have been trying to solve the problem for some time now but unfortunately I have not found a solution. Namely, I have an Excel file that several people are working on at the same time. Unfortunately, I do not see the changes made in real time by these people. Is there a way to fix this. I use the nextCloud server.

Please provide the following info:

  1. What is the version of Onlyoffice Docs that you are using? (note that you’ve posted this topic in “Workspace”)
  2. What is its type of installation? (deb/rpm, Docker, Windows Server)
  3. What is Nextcloud version?
  4. What is Onlyoffice Connector’s version?
  5. Does this issue occur on all spreadsheet documents and even if you set Collaboration → Co-editing mode to Fast?
