We hope you had great Christmas and New Year holidays! It’s time to get back to the business agenda and share with you an overview of winter events from our calendar, both past and upcoming ones.
December 2022
GNOME Asia Summit
When: December 2 – 4, 2022
Event type: Hybrid event, on-site (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) & virtual
GNOME Asia Summit is the featured annual GNOME conference which focuses primarily on the GNOME desktop, but also covers applications and platform development tools.
The summit brings together the GNOME, FOSS and open-source community in Asia to provide a forum for users, developers, foundation leaders, governments and businesses to discuss the present technology and future developments. Watch event report
How we participated: ONLYOFFICE was one of the summit sponsors. Besides, we held an online session devoted to open-source development.

Lao Digital Week

In the end of December, ONLYOFFICE was presented at the Lao Digital Week 2022 by our partners SBLAB 856 Co., Ltd. The event took place at the Lao National Convention Centre in Vientiane to promote and develop innovative digital technologies, ICT and telecommunications in all sectors. SBLAB introduced ONLYOFFICE to the Lao government as a part of the digital transformation solution.
The event provided a platform for the public and private sectors to engage in discussions related to digital technology advancement, collaboration, and future investment opportunities.

The event was organized by BeezNest, a provider of the Chamilo platform. ONLYOFFICE joined as an official partner of Chamilo.

SheBuildsHack

FOSDEM is an absolutely open and free event for developers, open-source vendors and enthusiasts to meet, share their ideas and news, and discuss the latest in open source. The program provides multiple lectures and lightning talks, vendor stands and devrooms, and even opportunities to take developer certification exams.
How we participate: We are giving an online presentation in the Collaboration and Content Management devroom.
