Windows Server 2019 - cannot start document server proxy

Document Server version:
Type of installation of the Document Server (docker, deb/rpm, exe)
OS: Windows
Browser version: Chrome

I tried to restart the Document Server Proxy and it will not restart.

I get a message as follows:

Windows could not start the Only office document server proxy on local computer.
The service did not return an error. This could be an internal Windows error or an internal service error.

I used all the default settings when installing everything.

Hello @hendyprast

Please specify what kind of actions did you perform before restarting the service and the reason to do that. Also, share information about version of Document Server and exact version of the OS.

Additionally, please attach logs of Document Server for analysis. That are located in C:\Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\Log.
