Why sometimes the document server is sending status 1 even if the document is getting close after being edited?

Sometimes i am getting status 1 even when editor is completed its editing.

Can you share an example of log that shows status:1? Also please specify version of Document Server that is currently used and its installation type (Docker, DEB/RPM packages, MSI/EXE).
