What do you mean by ‘local office’? What kind of editor is on the left side of the screenshot?
Please provide us with test file where we can reproduce the issue and exact issue scenario.

local office means microsoft office, this is test file.

Would you mind providing the exact issue scenario (step-by-step)? Do you use Print area feature in this test?
Also, please confirm that you are comparing behavior between MS Excel (from your link) and ONLYOFFICE desktop editors.
