I can’t open the doc page by Internet Explorer 11 browser on my computer.
There is no loading label or top menu buttons.But it’s nomal with the Chrome browser.
OnlyOffice has requirements for the version and config of the Internet Explorer browser？
Document Server version:7.1.1
Type of installation of the Document Server (docker, deb/rpm, exe)
OS:windows server2012
Browser version:internet explorer 11

Please try to clean browser cache and cookies and re-check the situation.
If it doesn’t help, please update Document server to the latest version (v.7.2) and send us issue screenshots (also please pay attention to browser console, check ‘Console’ and ‘Network’ tabs > make screenshots of any error entries).
I have checked DS v.7.2 on Internet Explorer and it looks OK.
