I use the doc cloud(deploy the same problem myself) and when the open document is around 19mb, the local browser opens 3 or 5 and there are black squares or text confusion

Could you please clarify whether the issue is specific to one document, or if it occurs with any large documents?
It’s the same file and it’s about 19mb up and the black blocks in the file are a lot of mathematical symbols, but they don’t always have to be black blocks and sometimes they’re blank, so if you can’t reproduce the problem you can give me an email address and I’ll send you the file
