Please let me know if you are hosting your own instance of DocSpace and if so, please provide version of it.
In general, do you have such issue with any other PDF file or it is only related to this specific one? Please provide the file itself so we can run some tests with it if it is only related to one specific file.
Do I understand that you mean that you were able to open the PDF with some kind of desktop viewer on your PC locally?

Do you use DocSpace Cloud solution? Does this issue occur with this particular PDF file?
