Unable to safe file changes on NAS Synology

Dear community

I have encountered a new problem since updating to the newer version of Onlyoffice 8.1.
I have a Synology NAS at home (DS124) on which all my documents are saved. Till the update, I was able to open a file (e.g. a .odt file) saved on the NAS, work on it in OnlyOffice, then save the changes, and if I opened the file, the changes made were saved. Since the last update, whenever I open a file saved on my NAS in OnlyOffice and work on it, as I click to save the work done, I get the grey windows saying “Saving document”, but when I look at the file in my file explorer on the NAS, the “last modified” date of the document does not update and when I re-open the document in OnlyOffice, no changes were saved at all. Please help me, I really need this to work.
System: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
OnlyOffice Version: 8.1.0.169 (snap)

Everything else on the NAS works, and I haven’t made any changes to the NAS permission setting.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there a possibility to downgrade my OnlyOffice version till the bug is fixed?

Thank you in advance

Hello @Gigi000
Sorry for the late reply.
Please bear in mind that we didn’t test ONLYOFFICE installation on the Synology NAS server, so we cannot predict possible issues.
However, it seems that you need to start with logs checking. Please reproduce the situation and check this folder: /var/snap/onlyoffice-ds/current/var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/
There should be out.log files in converter and docservice folders. Are there any error entries?
Additionally, please point me to the guide that you used for the installation process and specify the exact product (Workspace? separate Document server?)

Hi Alexandre

Thank you for your reply. Actually, with the new version 8.2.2. the problem appears to be fixed!
