I am unable to remove the page break from page two. What am I doing wrong , this time? Back spacing does not work.

There is no page break between the table and the header.
Try changing the style of the header on the second page.

Get this. I opened up the document again when I got our email to apply your fix. And it was working properly. No intervention required. Something about the save that fixed it maybe? Me thinks it is afraid of you!
