hello Alexandre.

So, the backup tabs were greyed out for around 20hrs but about 15 minutes ago they became “ungreyed” though the orange modal warning about the object still popped up.

Backups may be running, but I need to debug the and understand what is causing these inabilities to fire off a backup and have it complete.

It worked perfectly for months.

What i see in UI right now

whatever data/logs you need I can help

Hello @ivan
Thank you for the detailed data.
Please check whether you are able to start the backup process with other options (backup room, third-party storage). Additionally, we will be grateful if you could provide us with entire DocSpace log folder for our checks.

One more thing. There’s v.2.6.2 on your screenshot. Is it possible to update the installation to the latest version( v3.0.4)?

Thanks Alexandre, if you recall when I did 3.01 is when this started and I reverted to an older build (it was a clean install)

How do I update to 3.0.4 FOSS community on Ubuntu?
?
Just checking.

If you’d rather I go to 3.04 and THEN we see what happens I’m happy to.

wget 'http://download.onlyoffice.com/docspace/docspace-install.sh'
bash docspace-install.sh -u true

That’s right. It’s a little bit difficult to troubleshoot outdated installation since each new version contains new features and fixes for known bug. It is always recommended to run checks on the latest version.
P.S. Please prepare whole server backup\snapshot before the update process just in case.

Yes, that’s correct.

Well the backup seems to be running for now, its at 50%. So when done I’ll move it off to storage, validate it as far as i can, tar tvfz localhost*.gz, and THEN come back to upgrade the server to 3.04

I’ll ping you here.

May I ask what timezone you’re in? I’m in PST and my user community is GMT.

Thanks

I have recovered my last good backup from the system where backups are “misbehaving” to a brandnew 3.04 system.

The restore threw no exceptions.

I have altered my password OK but the MFA code no longer works.

Is there a way to disable MFA outside the UI as I cannot access the owner-account

Thanks
Ivan

the FQDN hostname has changed though

Hello, I have contacted you via PM.
