Unfortunately, your operating system distribution and version are not supported by this script.

You can override the OS detection by setting os= and dist= prior to running this script.
You can find a list of supported OSes and distributions on our website: packagecloud Documentation - Documentation for the Command-Line Interface (CLI) and automation tools

For example, to force CentOS 6: os=el dist=6 ./script.sh

Please indicate which version of CentOS is compatible with the install script, thanks!

(and obviously indicate it on your document and check this as prerequisite at the beginning of the script)
(Pls note also that the installation on debian doesn’t work due to gpg keys…)

Hello @fpiraneo
Please point me to the guide which you used for your test, we will check it out.

Hi Alexandre,

here we are:

Installing ONLYOFFICE Docs Community Edition using the provided script

Do I understand it right that you chose package installation via installation script? Does the issue reproduce for docker installation via the same script?

I don’t tested the docker installation because I’m not interested in.

Internal tests of CentOS 9 run OK. Let’s focus on the error entries from your test. Could you please run a test? Try to use cloudsmith instead of packagecloud.io: Installing on RPM-based Linux (RedHat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, Fedora, openSUSE) — RabbitMQ
Update: we are going to recheck the situation. I will update this thread when we have something to share.

Hi Alexandre, if your tests are successfull so I can also install docs on my linux box; on which OS you tested the installation script? Pls indicate here so I’m able to replicate, thanks.

Hello @fpiraneo
We figured out the situation. Indeed, there’s the issue on package installation (installation script). We are planning to release the fix for mentioned situation with Document server v.7.3.3. The release is planned in 1-2 weeks.
I suggest you wait for release or use docker installation.

Please accept our sincere apologies and we thank you for pointing to this situation.

Understood.
