Two issues with option "Left Panel" in OO pdf

Hello,

  1. When opening a pdf file in OO, left panel is shown even when option “Left Panel” is turned off. I have named the video “left panel 1”.

  2. When checking the option “Left Panel” and exiting OO pdf file, and entering OO pdf file again, option “Left Panel” gets unchecked. I have named the video “left panel 2”.

Please note that newer version of Desktop Editors is available. Please update your app to actual version, check the situation again and provide us a feedback on the issue.

If issue is reproducible after the update, please try resetting cache of the app by removing following folder or the content in it:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\ONLYOFFICE\DesktopEditors\data\cache\Local Storage

Note that it will also remove all files from Recent tab and connections from Connect to cloud menu.

After that try unchecking Left Panel box and re-opening the file.
