A strange issue just popped up – when I try to open a file on DocSpace, instead of opening the URL that’s attached to the file (you know, the one with " user/doceditor…" ), it redirects me to the Room tab (“rooms/shared…”).
The same is happening on both web version, the mobile version, and on desktop app.
Basically, with all the changes to OnlyOffice structure, I just want to know what’s even happening (since everything was fine yesterday), if this is an easy fix, or if I should just move on because this is a weird ghost error no one knows about. At this point, I am just tired and want to access my docs…
I have the exact same issue here. In none of the editors (online, Linux, Android) I haven’t been able to open any DocSpace files. Yesterday it all worked fine.
Our team has implemented the necessary fix, and the service should now be functioning as expected.
