Trouble while installing onlyoffice by script on Centos 7

Hello! I would like to ask a how-to question about installation on Centos 7.
One week ago i tried to install onlyoffice groups manualy as it was in manual by link: Installing ONLYOFFICE Groups for Red Hat, CentOS, and derivatives - ONLYOFFICE
And Alexandre explained that i should try to use script installation and week ago it was normal installation with no troubles.
Right now i tried to install onlyoffice by the same link but in the end something went wrong. And as i see right now it fails at the moment of installation onlioffice because after installation i see this long output (i give you a long output to understand at what step installation breaks):

and if i try to run installtion script again it give me output:

package onlyoffice-communityserver is not installed
package onlyoffice-xmppserver is not installed
onlyoffice-documentserver uses ports: 8083, 5432, 5672, 6379, 8000, 8080
please, make sure that the ports are free.

So ports are not free, but onlyoffice did not installed.

I’ve used the method that i used before:

  1. wget installation;
  2. using two commands from manual to download script and install it;
  3. no disable firewall and selinux;
  4. no um update.

Also i used the same ISO file for my Centos 7 machines, so the version of Centos is the same.

Where am i wrong? Maybe something new was added in installation script? Or i missed something?
Maybe do you need some additional info?

Type of installation of Onlyofiice Groups: script installation Installing ONLYOFFICE Groups for Red Hat, CentOS, and derivatives - ONLYOFFICE
OS: Centos 7, centos-release-7-9.2009.1.el7.centos.x86_64
Browser version: No matter.

Thank you in advance.

I’ve anamlyzed the installation on both servers, additionaly installed couple virtual machines to see why it happened. And i’ve remembered that the only difference between virtual machines was disk space. So i decided to create virtual machine with 60 GB size on “/” partition and the installation was successfull (compare to 40GB on “/” partition on the first VM). As i understand elasticsearch need more free space, so i saw some info about it in log file of elasticsearch and decide to give more space on “/” partition.
Can you please check am i right and change the system requirements in installation instruction because the last thing that i could imagine what is the problem was free space.

Thank you!

Hello titarenko.

Sorry for the late reply.

Ideally, we would like to see the complete installation log. According to the provided part of installation log, there are not only Elasticsearch errors. Probably the errors are really related to the lack of resources on the server itself.

If you come across this situation again, please send us a full installation log. This will be useful for us when analyzing the scenario.

Hello.

Would you like installation log with lack of resources server (elasticsearch error) or with sucsessfull installation?

If you are able to reproduce the issue, then we need full installation log (where elasticsearch error is faced).

Thank you for provided info.
Elasticsearch probably falls from lack of memory and the installation stops there.
Thank you for pointing us to this hardware requirements. We’ll update this information soon.
