Track changes not consistent when pasting a paragraph in track changes turned on

When trying to paste certain paragraphs in document with track changes mode on. Some text is coming as plain text. Attached an example.

Hello,
Please provide a screen recording of issue reproduction. Does it happen with any text pasted with track changes mode on or only with some specific text?
Does it happen in all browsers or in particular one?

As this issue happens randomly, we could not get any screen recording of issue reproduction.
This happens when text is pasted in track changes mode and is not limited to any specific text.
We have only encountered this issue in chrome, not sure about other browsers.

Please describe the steps for issue reproduction in more detail: how did you copy, from where? Do you copy a whole paragraph or a part of a paragraph?
For now the issue hasn’t been reproducing on our side, it would be great if you still could somehow try to provide a screen recording of the issue reproduction
