Type of installation of the Document Server (docker, deb/rpm, exe)
OS: Docker
Browser version: chrome 115

  1. Create a new word document
  2. Add 2 paragraphs
  3. open editor， clear content
  4. Enable track changes
  5. copy word data

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue. Mind you providing info about the app in which you are creating sample text, i.e. the one from step 1 of your scenario?
A video demonstration would work very well to help us reproduce the issue.

We were able to reproduce the issue and it was registered as a bug. We are already working on it.

When is it expected to be processed? The customer is waiting for processing

Has v8.1.1 been fixed?

I believe there were some other changes to Track Changes mode that affected this issue too since I wasn’t able to reproduce it. Please double check it as per your initial scenario on See it in action page:

UPD: Bug is resolved indeed.

In new version of Document Server this issue has been fixed. Please update your instance and check the situation again. Looking forward to your feedback.
