Tip: error occured in the document service(error code = -7)

Hi Team

The 1st picture problem occurred while uploading,
2nd picture problem occurred while clicking “convert & open” button,
3rd and 4nd pictures problem occurred while opening XLS.

the content of XLS is as below:

User Name Gender Phone Number
John 1 13414343143
Bruce 1 432489328934
Lucy 2 9843982498265

and delimiter is tab(\t).

how to upload and open XLS correctly?
