I’m using the personal onlyoffice.com version of DocSpace, and I am repeatedly seeing the following dialog on wordprocessor docs.

This document could not be saved. Please check connection settings or contact your administrator. When you click the ‘OK’ button, you will be prompted to download the document.

I return using the Back option on the File menu and everything seems fine, nothing is lost.

This happens regularly and it is not great when you are trying to write something.

For bug reports, provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.

  • open the document
  • wait for 5-10 minutes for first modal dialog to appear

Browser version: Vivaldi 7.3.3635.11 (and Chrominum + Firefox).

Additional information: Browsers running on Linux Mint

We have released a hot-fix version of the DocSpace. Please monitor the behavior of the portal when working with files and let us know if the issue still persists.

Whatever you did seems to have fixed it. I haven’t had a recurrence of the problem.
