The password you supplied to not correct

Hello,ONLYOFFICE’s enginer, I’m so sorry that have question for you one more time.
I use the onlyOffice community in docker, when i show the protected documents in onlyoffice, when i entered the password, he told me it was wrong and the documents still read only.Like this:

But when I downloaded the document and entered the protection password, it was work again.So there some solution for this question?

Please specify the following information:

  1. Could you please provide us with details of desired scenario?
  2. Version of ONLYOFFICE components installed (Community Server, Document Server, Control Panel).
  3. Please attach the file with the problem. (You can upload it to some external storage and provide us with download link.)
