The exported file cannot be saved after opening it in Word

Our team collaboratively edited the word document on onlyoffice, but after exporting it to the local area, opening it with office2016 enterprise version, and making any edits and then saving, office2016 will crash, as shown below.

Document Server version: 7.4.1.

  1. The current version of the document server is 7.5.1. We recommend updating your ONLYOFFICE Docs.

  2. We need the file that causes this error when opened in MS Office 2016.
