The document could not be saved

sudo bash /usr/bin/documentserver-update-securelink.sh
systemctl restart ds-*
service nginx restart
I’m sharing the logs again. I don’t use jwt.

So nothing has changed, is that correct?

In general, as I can see your Document Server is located in private network and available via custom domain name over HTTPS. Please describe what changes were made to Document Server configuration. If possible, please share contents of /etc/onlyoffice directory.

I’d recommend sending it via PM.

Also, is there any proxy used?

Recently we’ve noted that your application responds with "error":1 to Document Server:

[2024-07-31T11:12:32.622] [DEBUG] [localhost] [iys.isyon.istanbul-49-1718291297] [aXlzLmlzeW9uLmlzdGFuYnVsLTI2NQ==2] nodeJS - postData response: data = {"error":1,"status":"success"}

Please keep in mind that it must return "error":0 if everything went fine:

This might be the reason of error in interface when opening a file from your app.

Hello, @Constantine I don’t know exactly where to look

Hello, the point here is that there is some issue on the side of your application, unfortunately, we cannot help with finding and resolving it. You should make sure that your application responds with error:0 to Document Editor
