SSO error - Authentication method 'MultiFactor, PasswordlessPhoneSignIn' doesn't match requested

For bug reports, provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem:

SSO configured and working fine if I authenticate to IdP using password.
But when I using SSO and login to IdP using passwordless login or multifactor IdP gives error:

Authentication method ‘MultiFactor, PasswordlessPhoneSignIn’ by which the user authenticated with the service doesn’t match requested authentication method ‘Password, ProtectedTransport’.

How I can avoid that issue?
