The IMPORTRANGE function has been added with the version 8.1 release. Please update your instance and check once again.
Thank you, @Constantine . But after providing spreadsheet_url and range_string , it shows me #REF! , N/A, 0. What could be problem? Spreadsheet_url is accessible and downloadable.
