has anyone ever had the phenomenon that documents could not be opened, not all, but isolated documents? They can be downloaded and uploaded again, then they open again.

I believe we have to start from scratch. Please provide us with details of exact product you’re using, product version, OS. If it’s possible, please reproduce the issue and record a videofile.
