Desktop editors V8.2, MAC OSx V15
There is an unsightly and quite annoying effect in the editor for Presentation. If you enlarge the current slide and want to edit something at the bottom or top edge, the view unexpectedly switches to the previous or next slide. It is very difficult to scroll to the edges and edit something there. MS PowerPoint also had this effect for many years, but has now switched it off. It would be good if switching between slides in edit mode in ONLYOFFICE also worked exclusively with PageDown and PageUp.
Hello @Juergen
Does this behavior occur in specific presentation or all of them? Can you share a video demo for better understanding of the issue?
Sorry, i’am new user. New User cannot upload files. The written effect only happens in presentation.
You can upload your file/demo to any cloud storage and share a link to it.

Thanks, I can see the complaint now. We will revise this case to consider registering an enhancement to prohibit slide switch in such scenario. I will provide an update once we get any.
I was informed that an enhancement to limit slide scroll has been registered earlier so your query is now added to the existing suggestion. We will inform you once this improvements is implemented.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your interest.
Hi. Will this issue with scrolling too soon be fixed? I don’t know if switching from MS PowerPoint to ONLYOFFICE Presentation is good choice, because in Powerpoint there is this issue too, but you can fix that by adding textbox hanging little bit above top border and under bottom border. In ONLYOFFICE you can do that too, but once you saved, closed and opened a file again, upper textboxes are adjusted to be places inside the borders. Soo, this “manual fix” in case of ONLYOFFICE does not work…
No, the bug has not been fixed. It is also particularly annoying when you zoom in on a slide to see more detail and edit it more easily. The bug is fixed in PowerPoint in Office 365. So I have to disagree. I tried the text box suggestion myself. But it’s inconvenient because when you print, it always shows that an object is outside the printable frame. The only solution is to prevent scrolling with the mouse and arrow keys in edit mode, and only allow scrolling with PageUp and PageDown.
