Again sorry for my late reply, I have been away from home. I use an NVME SSD only.

I’m also facing the same issue. Onlyoffice windows disappear during sleep. I’m assuming it crashes during sleep? At least I’m not losing any data as I’m able to recover the files.

Does the issue not occur if the computer goes to sleep and then immediately wakes up again?
