I tried print from desktop editors using the following steps, but output method was ignored.
print → select printer=canon image runner → preferences → output method=store → ok → print
Why are output method being ignored?

Please share more information to the case:
- OS of your device;
- Version of Desktop Editors;
- Installation type of Desktop Editors (packages, snap, flatpak, exe, etc.).
Additionally, please elaborate on where you are configuring the input method - is it printing system dialog?

OS is Windows 10 Pro 22H2. Desktop Editors version is 8.3.3.21 (x64 exe).
I was used online installer from ONLYOFFICE desktop and mobile apps | ONLYOFFICE.
I am attaching a pdf that explanation of success and failure cases.
However, I Just received a message from the technical support team that they are reviewing.

Can you specify model of the printer and version of its driver?

I use,
printer : Canon iR-ADV C5840F 機種別サポート詳細|キヤノン
driver : Canon Generic Plus LIPSLX Printer Driver Version 2.90.

UPD: The issue should be fixed in next major release. I will inform you once it becomes available.
