Hi,
I have an issue with opening sample documents in Documents section in Onlyoffice for Groups portal. Samples with extension docx, docxf and xslsx never stop loading. On the other hand samples with extensions pptx and oform load normally. If I save and upload or create new files with extensions docx, docxf and xsls I can open and edit them normally. Also video and audio sample opens normally. Since I am new with onlyoffice could you please let me know where are users files stored. I thought it could be a permission problem but I cannot find them.

Do I understand it right that you have integrated Document server with Groups? What is version of Community server (Groups)?
Please clarify if the issue is related to new files with docx\docxf\xlsx formats only. Is it possible to reproduce the issue and make videofile?
When the issue is reproduced, please provide us with whole Document server logs folder. It’s located here:
docker: /app/onlyoffice/DocumentServer/logs/documentserver/
deb\rpm: /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/
Windows: Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\log
Yes we have integrated document server with Groups. It is separate server with version 7.2.2-56. Unfortunately or fortunately depends on perspective, everything magically works.
When I activated another user in portal (previously was only one) I could edit or open normally all the documents. Mind you there was a problem only with sample documents, not with creating new or even download sample documents then uploading them and then opening uploaded sample documents. Honestly I don’t know if this makes sense to you. Also uploading logs would only add to confusion and for the time being I cannot create video files cause everything behaves as expected for the time being. Logs are attached anyway and could you also let me know where can I find user files in Groups (i mean on file system like /var/www/onlyoffice/DocumentServerData)
Thank you for the logs and we are glad that the issue is solved. Since the issue doesn’t reproduce at the moment, I’m not sure that further investigation is necessary.
