RTL bullet lists must place bullets on the right side

While using RTL languages, document editors place bullets on the left side, like in LTR.
Bullets must be placed in the beginning of the line, i.e. on the right for RTL.

I was informed that support team has already provided information on it.
I’ll leave it here too - this is known issue that is planned to be fixed in next major release.
