[resolved] New install, no icons on desktop or in menu

OO is installed and will launch from the Mint Software Manager, but I cannot locate desktop shortcuts or menu items and it does not appear under the “All Applications” list.

I can create my own shortcuts, but what is the command to launch OnlyOffice?

when installed as a flatpak, the command is “flatpak run org.onlyoffice.desktopeditors”.
the icon onlyoffice.svg can be found here: /usr/share/icons/Numix-Circle/48@2x/apps.
