Remove or disable some tabs/buttons on document editor

I need to remove or disable some tabs/buttons on document editor, and I was not able to find on the documentation.

1. Remove About tab.

2. Document Info and Advanced Setting inside file tab. There is a property for removing Help but could not find any to remove theses others.

3. Remove Email Merge .

4. And the most important, remove the Insert Spreadsheet button.
